The Rhythm Agent allows Caramel to remotely and securely manage your PC.


To Install:
     1. Click here  to download
     2. Click "Run" or "Open" to run this program from the current location

After installation you will see a message confirming "you are completely covered".

We will tune your computer over the following weeks to prevent common problems,
in line with your current Support Agreement.


Quick Tips:
     1. To disable remote control of your PC, right-click the  icon next to your clock
         and choose "Disable Remote Control". The icon will go red  and control is
         disabled.
     2. As long as you have internet, we can support you anywhere in the world.
